As an Associate Director, Lucy works primarily within commercial and life sciences sectors. Since joining M3 in 2013, Lucy has contributed significantly to notable projects including 5 Broadgate, Whitechapel Road, and Grainhouse. In addition to her project work, Lucy serves as an RICS Counsellor and supports our internal recruitment process.

On her projects, Lucy collaborates and manages external stakeholders including design teams and contractors. Colleagues describe Lucy as motivated, positive and enthusiastic. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
