80 Bond Street is a 60,000 sq ft office and retail refurbishment scheme, involving the delivery of an additional office floor, enhanced ground floor retail presence and private roof terrace for the pre-let tenant. The project is targeting BREEAM Excellent, WELL GOLD and WiredScore Platinum.
