60 Queen Victoria Street is a commercial office building in the City of London undergoing a retrofit of the original 1999 Peter Foggo design. The project preserves the existing reinforced concrete structure, floor slabs, and pre-patinated bronze façade while refurbishing all office spaces.

Enhancements include upgrades to the ground floor entrance, basement, and roof levels, along with the addition of a CLT-constructed extra storey at roof level. The works also involve infilling the existing atrium to create terraces throughout the building.
