As a Project Manager, Tom primarily works with Funds and Developers within the commercial, residential, and logistics sectors. Notable projects he has contributed to include 5 Kingdom Street, Reading Mill Lane, and Vauxhall Cross. Tom is working towards achieving his professional chartership with the RICS.

Tom works with and manages a wide range of external design teams including architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and cost consultants. His colleagues describe him as determined, creative, and collaborative. Outside work, Tom enjoys attempting to play golf, visiting the theatre and good food.
