A 700,000 sq ft commercial office scheme, bookending the development of Paddington Central campus adjacent to Paddington Station.  M3 were instrumental in developing the concept for this mixed-use scheme to create a destination at the western end of the Paddington Central Campus.  A new public route is provided linking the campus to the neighbourhood to the north, with a triple-height winter garden and substantial affordable workspace.
