A 1.4 million sq ft mixed use development comprising of two towers of 53 and 42 storeys, linked by a 10-storey podium. The proposed scheme incorporates a range of uses, including a 320 key 5 star hotel, 257 residential units, 240,000 sq ft of commercial space and a significant retail offering. M3 led a team to implement the existing planning consent against a tight programme, in order to secure the site for future development. After this success M3 have further been instructed to secure a development agreement with TfL to ensure the sites ongoing deliverability.
