Mill Lane is a new BTR development for John Lewis Partnership (JLP). The current site is occupied by a typical mid-1990s warehouse and car park, formerly in use as a parcel collection depot for JLP which is no longer operational. M3 is appointed as Development & Project Managers to develop a new BTR scheme of 215 high-quality homes that will be built, owned, and operated by JLP. M3 has finalised the Stage 2 Design and has submitted the planning application for the proposal to Reading Borough Council.
