Richard oversees diverse operations across the commercial, residential and life science sectors. With an extensive contracting and engineering background, Richard joined M3 in 2000. He has played a pivotal role in the delivery of masterplans and large-scale complex projects, notably at Mount Pleasant, Regent’s Place, Paddington and more recently Ebbsfleet.

At M3, Richard serves as a key member of the Management Team, focusing on quality and risk management. Richard also leads on ensuring constructability across M3’s portfolio of projects.

Colleagues describe Richard as rigorous, analytical, and candid. Outside work, he enjoys playing the guitar, spending time with his family, and completing DIY projects.
