As the first phase of the Regent’s Place masterplan, Osnaburgh Street introduced a mix of uses to Regent’s Place by incorporating private and affordable housing along with Grade A office spaces. It also enhanced permeability across the campus, with a new western entrance and new crossing on Euston Road. These were supported with restaurants, retail, community theatre and public art and spaces.
Involved from the outset, M3 managed the design team and the resolution of a number of property issues including site assembly and interface with the EDF substation. M3 continued on to lead the project through construction, marketing and handover, identifying programme savings that completed maximum enabling works whilst gaining vacant possession, commenced demolition within four months of planning and enabled construction within six months of demolition.
