Richard leads Development Management projects on behalf of institutional clients and landowners. He joined M3 in 2006 and has a wide range of experience dealing with large, complex developments and masterplans across commercial, residential and mixed use sectors. His expertise combines property consultancy and development management from feasibility through to delivery.

Richard strives for an intrinsic understanding of clients' underlying needs to produce tailored responses to challenging property issues. He is particularly adept at establishing deliverable project strategies and property business cases; bringing clarity and structure to projects in the early stages of development. Richard is an Operations Director and a member of the M3 management board with responsibility for sourcing and establishing new business opportunities.

In his spare time he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family and occasionally escaping to the mountains; cycling, skiing and snowboarding.
