A 370,000 sqft commercial office refurbishment project located in the heart of the City of London, opposite St Paul’s Cathedral. M3 led the design team throughout this feasibility study to provide our client with multiple asset development options upon conclusion. Heavy refurbishment proposals were developed for both assets, including impressive arrival experiences and extensive on-floor tenant amenity, whilst ensuring our clients ambitious ESG targets were prioritised. Proposals for generous rooftop amenity and local upper floor extensions have also been developed; both carefully considered within the context of St Paul’s heights policy.
