80 Pelham Street transforms an underutilised site comprising of 3 storey offices, basement gym and rear car parking, into a sustainable, high quality c. 114,000 sq ft modern office space in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. M3 led the project from feasibility stage, through an extensive planning and communications programme, achieving planning consent in November 2021. Since then, M3 have led the team through detailed and technical design ahead of procurement of the enabling works due to commence in Q1 2024. There are also several third party matters M3 have progressed, including development interfaces with TfL and UKPN.
