Jim primarily works with our private developer clients in the commercial sector. He has good experience liaising with third parties including Network Rail, TfL and planning authorities. Jim’s notable projects include 100 Liverpool Street, 7 Soho Square, and 180 Piccadilly.

At M3, Jim is part of the Construction Review Panel, which assists other projects in the office with complex construction issues, and the ESG team. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic, understanding, and personable. Outside work, Jim enjoys skiing, climbing, and supporting Arsenal.
