100 Liverpool Street is a major 520,000 sq ft refurbishment project that generated additional value by building upon opportunities for the existing building and site.

M3 led the team through the feasibility review of a series of options, progressing with proposals to retain the structure, maximise floorplates and renew building systems while introducing new facades and three additional office floors. The scheme provides Grade A office space, a new restaurant on the 9th floor with terrace and an enhanced interface with the public realm and transport interchanges around, below and through the building.
