Will is a Chartered Surveyor with experience across a range of sectors including residential and commercial, both new build and refurbishment. Well versed with all stages of the development lifecycle, Will has helped deliver high value solutions for individual buildings as well as complex masterplan sites. He brings pragmatism and structure to projects, galvanising teams to pursue ambitious strategic visions in balance with project risks. Currently, he is leading the 2.5 m sq ft mixed use masterplan at Nine Elms Park.

Away from the office, Will can often be spotted on a bike, participating in a number of events including the Cycle to MIPIM.
