Nine Elms Park is a mixed-use development encompassing 8 plots, delivering 1,900+ residential units, 210,000 sq ft of commercial space and a primary school, all surrounding Wandsworth’s 7-acre flagship Linear Park. Appointed as development managers at feasibility, M3 have led the project since inception; defining development strategy and securing planning consent for the 2.5m sq ft scheme. We led the team through a comprehensive programme of contaminated land remediation, infrastructure and landscape delivery before managing disposal on a plot-by-plot basis. M3 continue to successfully manage the phased delivery of the masterplan with completion scheduled for 2025.
