As a Project Manager, Brad primarily works with our clients on commercial projects, encompassing new builds and the repositioning of existing buildings, as well as identifying opportunities for the redevelopment of spaces through placemaking and designing of mixed-use masterplans. His notable projects include Whitechapel Road, 20 Finsbury Circus, and 40 & 80 Pelham Street.

At M3, Brad is a leading member of the CSR committee and has assisted with driving the reduction in the company’s carbon footprint. Colleagues describe Brad as insightful, diligent, and determined. Outside of work, he enjoys seeking out new experiences, recently kayaking the river Ardèche.
