As a Project Director, Martyn primarily supports our developer clients within the commercial and mixed-use sectors. With a storied career in the property and construction industry, Martyn joined M3 in 2016. Here, he has overseen the success of notable projects such as 100 Liverpool Street, 180 Piccadilly and Thames Court.

Alongside project work, Martyn is a member of M3 construction panel who provide expert advice internally on buildability and construction logistics to inform project delivery.

Colleagues describe Martyn as collaborative, rigorous, and engaging. Outside work, he enjoys coaching cricket, playing golf, and reading.
