Grainhouse is a 120,000 sq ft office and retail refurbishment scheme including the CAT B fit out to the top three floors for Hines new headquarters. The building includes two new roof terraces and five retail spaces over basement and ground floor.

M3 acted as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for Hines, leading on complex property and planning matters including section 278, submission of section 73 and party wall matters with neighbouring properties whilst overseeing the successful delivery of the project. The project targeted BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold and Wiredscore Platinum.
