We are delighted to welcome Tom Attree to the M3 team as our new Chief Operating Officer!
 
Creating this role has been an important decision for us, and one we've been working towards for some time. It's a significant milestone for M3 and reflects our commitment to building a leadership team with the depth, experience, and vision to take the business forward for years to come.
 
Supporting our CEO, Richard Hollingworth, Tom will play a key role in the operational management of the business, supporting our continued growth and long-term strategy.

Tom's background spans Finance, Management and ESG, with over 14 years at Shaftesbury Capital building expertise in Development and Project Management. His subsequent work in finance and ESG consultancy rounds out a wealth of knowledge and insight that makes him ideally suited to this role.
