As a Project Manager, Toby has worked on predominantly large, complex commercial/mixed-use and academic developments. His experience includes the design and delivery stages of masterplan projects such as Norton Folgate and Imperial College London’s Academic Building.

He brings a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teams and is comfortable navigating complex project environments and extensive stakeholder engagement. Toby holds an MSc in Construction Management and has achieved his professional chartership with the RICS. Toby is an active member of the AI working group, supporting internal research on how innovative digital tools can enhance project management. He us always keen to mentor junior colleagues and helping shape the team culture. Outside of work, you'll find him on the golf course or tennis court or planning his next trip abroad.
