As HR Manager, Emma leads our graduate recruitment and M3’s Learning & Development programme. She is responsible for the strategic delivery of our People Plan as well as our mental health and DEI Ambassador.

Prior to joining M3, Emma worked in the property, construction, tech and charity sectors.

Our team describes Emma as hard working, enthusiastic and motivated. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, walking her dog Marley and travelling when she gets the chance.
