As an Assistant Project Manager, Toby works with developers within the commercial and mixed-use sectors. He has primarily worked on the Norton Folgate project supporting the main works as they near completion and on the fit-out phase of the project.

Alongside his day-to-day project work, Toby is working towards a master’s degree in construction management and achieving his professional chartership with the RICS. Toby also plays an active role in arranging social events for the M3 team.

Colleagues describe Toby as a critical thinker, communicative, and inquisitive. Outside work, Toby enjoys playing golf and tennis, and he's an avid fan of Southampton FC.
