Imperial College London White City South is a mixed-use development encompassing c.10 development plots, delivering a range of uses across c.2.6 million sqft. The site includes the direct delivery of the Principal Academic Building for Imperial College, alongside commercial, life science, hotel, and student accommodation uses. A key part of the project is the delivery of significant public realm and landscaping for the area. M3 are providing ongoing support for Imperial College in delivery of the masterplan, establishing the Masterplan Delivery Strategy for the plots and associated site wide infrastructure.
