Three plots incorporating student residential, life sciences and hotel uses up to 1m sqft, located within a 2.5m sq ft mixed-use masterplan. M3 were instrumental in leading the design team through an opportunity study, scoping development options for the plots and supporting the client in establishing an investment case. From the outset M3 advised on the complex interface with the wider masterplan, considering implications for the outline planning consent, connections to site-wide infrastructure and delivery phasing.
