Broadgate 2020 is a strategic framework governing future redevelopment at Broadgate. M3 led a team of consultants through a study that considered the various constraints and opportunities presented by this unique estate and potential enhancements to maintain high standards for current and future occupiers. Our review included lease expiry, utilities, transport links, rights to light, and the quality of public realm. It culminated in a framework strategy that continues to evolve and help guide improvement, refurbishment and redevelopment decisions for the estate.
