Longford House was conceived as a companion site to the adjacent 1 Triton Square, with the opportunity to further enhance the connection between Regent’s Place and the communities to the north. M3 guided a series of feasibility studies to help identify optimum use and massing, developed through extensive consultations. With carefully considered space planning, the 100% affordable housing scheme provides 22 predominantly 2-bed and 3-bed, high quality units with private and shared amenities on a constrained site. Securing planning consent in 2017, M3 oversaw its successful delivery through design development, procurement and construction of the project
