Northcliffe House, is a is a listed 270,000 sq ft GIA refurbishment providing upgraded office space, extensions to existing floorplates, new terrace amenity and repurposing of the ground floor entrance and retail provision. The redevelopment of the original Daily Mail building south of Fleet Street is bringing back much needed character and life to the building and surrounding area. The scheme has been positively received by planners and neighbouring residents.
M3 has undertaken a review of the originally proposed development options to provide advice to the client on the best value development options to meet the brief. M3 then led the team through feasibility to fully assess the development options proposed, holding initial discussions with planners to understand the full development potential of the site and the viability of options proposed.
