The Adelphi Building is a major refurbishment of a tenanted Grade II listed building. The scheme features significant structural alterations comprising introduction of two new atria, reconfiguration of core layout, coupled with new building services throughout to deliver Grade A office space achieving a BREEAM rating of Very Good. The planning consented scheme also introduces new retail units at grade along with new public realm enhancements on the surrounding streets.

M3 was appointed as to lead the design team through design and planning, and procured the contractor to set the project up for construction.
