M3 led all aspects of this major refurbishment of 33 Grosvenor Place, a fully-tenanted prime office asset in Belgravia.

Managing the design team to arrive at an optimal refurbishment scheme, planning permission was achieved following consultation with the Head Lessor and Westminster City Council. M3 has since overseen the procurement process to appoint a main contractor.
