The refurbishment of this 150,000 sq ft office building was about improving the value of an asset through uplift in quality rather than quantity. As part of the prestigious Broadgate development, 199 Bishopsgate was built in the 1990s to provide high quality offices.

M3 undertook feasibility studies to establish optimal potential for the building focusing on refurbishment, extension and conversion options. M3 then led the team through design and delivery of a modernised, flexible Grade-A office space with enhanced ground level retail and reception, while achieving BREEAM Excellent.
