The Sherwood was the conversion and extension of a former backpacker hostel into 48 residential units and 2 no. A1 retail units at ground floor. It forms part of The Crown Estate’s rejuvenation of the Regents Street portfolio, with the 7th and 8th floors being remodelled to link adjoining facades, incorporating innovative internal atrium bridges that support essential circulation, enhance layouts and define ambience.

M3 led the project from inception through planning, negotiating a number of property agreements to enable the scheme. The work to extend and modify the building has been undertaken above an existing gym tenant in the basement, ground and first floors.
