The Rex is a new build c.200 unit BTR co-living scheme, located in the centre of Kingston. M3 were appointed by the client to undertake due diligence during the negotiation of the funding agreement between the client and Developer, and subsequently to provide advice and undertake a monitoring role on their behalf throughout the procurement and construction period.
