One Exchange Square sees the sustainable transformation of an existing 1980s office building into a dynamic, net zero carbon office space in a world-class setting. 

One Exchange Square has been used as an exemplar case study for the UK Green Building Council’s guide on major non-residential refurbishment projects. Working with the world’s leading sustainability, wellbeing, and technology assessment organisations, the project aims for the highest performance targets to become one of the best examples of low carbon repositioning.

M3 is acting as Development Manager on behalf of LaSalle IM and PNB leading on all aspects of the project from opportunity review through to practical completion.
