M3 is the Development Manager for the residential refurbishment of Evelyn Gardens, transforming outdated student accommodation into exciting, prime residential units.

The project is made up of 34 Victorian terraced houses, previously converted into five blocks of student housing and formerly occupied by Imperial College. The development will deliver 89 high-quality residential units, with a focus on larger family homes all while preserving the original character of the historic buildings.

M3 has led the project from inception, managing opportunity and feasibility studies to assess the best use and scale of design intervention. The chosen proposals aim to maximise value through sensitive refurbishment and enhancement of the existing assets.

M3 is currently leading the multidisciplinary design team through Stage 2. The project requires navigation of a complex planning strategy, including negotiations with the local authority regarding lawful planning use, affordable housing requirements, and CIL.
