30 Fenchurch Street and 60 Great Tower Street form a 1m sq ft, two-building development in the City of London. M3 carried out a feasibility review of a consented development and proposed changes that provided significant improvements for the client.

M3 led the design team and the project through planning, detailed design and procurement. Monitoring a complex programme, we oversaw the project through construction and post completion.
