25 James Street converted a 1980s office block to form residential apartments adjacent to St Christopher’s Place, just off London’s Oxford Street. M3 selected, appointed and led the design team through development of layout plans, production of the specification and submission of a planning application. Subsequent design development for tender was carefully monitored to ensure that quality aspirations were achieved and maintained through tender and construction.
