As the northern entrance of the prestigious Broadgate development, 201 Bishopsgate & The Broadgate Tower comprises a total 1.2m sq ft across two BREEAM Excellent buildings of 13 and 36 storeys atop a unique public realm. M3 oversaw this development from initial strategy and concept through completion, starting with creating the air rights bridge deck on which the development is built. Despite complex planning and engineering constraints, M3 procured and led a team through a fast track programme, delivering high quality offices and public spaces ahead of the curve.

Both buildings secured substantial pre-lets during the construction phase. Our close monitoring of the construction phase and post occupancy support to tenants ensured a successful completion and smooth handover.
