Continuing the evolution of Broadgate as a dynamic world class destination, the refurbishment of the 286,000 sq ft NIA of 1FA, Broadgate bolstered vibrancy and permeability to the western edge of Finsbury Avenue Square.  With new facades on the ground level to better engage the public realm, the scheme revived an old throughroute while introducing significant new retail and leisure uses on the street and basement levels.  Above ground, the sensitive refurbishment within the listed retained envelope delivers modern, flexible offices and a roof terrace. 

M3 led the team from initial feasibility options, through design, planning and construction.
