180 Piccadilly is a mixed-use scheme for GPE on Piccadilly in St James’s. The development involves the demolition of two existing buildings, to be replaced by a new 8 storey office and retail development. The project is targeting the very highest sustainability credentials with reduction of embodied carbon a key driving factor for the client. The scheme is looking to make use of reused structural steel which has been acquired from a recently demolished building and is being repurposed for this project.
