140 Park Lane was the proposed extension and refurbishment for a 5-star Marriott Hotel, designed to be implemented with minimum interruption to operations. M3 managed the planning application process for the extension and part refurbishment. Restricted access and a limited construction period led to the option to construct the rooms as modules off site. M3 worked with the team through design, planning and procurement.
