138 Park Lane was a neglected Grade II listed townhouse with a Heritage at Risk status, which the client wished to develop into 4 residential units. M3 managed a team through planning and listed building consent, in order to guarantee a long term future. The key challenge for the design and planning process was to achieve a sensitive balance between extensive preservation works and appropriate development for the high end residential market.
