Charles II Street is a prominent Grade II listed building providing 21,000 sq ft of refurbished offices and 6,100 sq ft of restaurant space. M3 reviewed a range of potential asset-enhancing options to define objectives and targets for the brief. M3 led a team through a sensitive and ambitious design process, planning consent, and the delivery of the technically challenging project. The building achieved BREEAM Excellent and was substantially let at practical completion.
