Office fitout cartel directors disqualified

The Competition and Markets Authority has secured the disqualification of three former directors of the six fit out companies it found to be in breach of competition law last month.  The former directors of JLL and Fourfront fit out subsidiaries are banned from acting as a director or being involved in the management of a company for 5 years, 2.5 years and 2 years respectively. Investigations on other involved individuals continue.  The disqualifications by CMA bring the total to 9 since December 2016.

 

Fourfront , Loop, Coriolus, Third Way and Oakley were fined for their role in colluding on bids in the period from 2001 to 2017. JLL was not fined for reporting the activity to CMA.  Read more here >
