The Broadgate Public Space Enhancements programme was a commitment to improving the public realm and connectivity within and around the prestigious Broadgate development. M3 led and managed all aspects of this major refurbishment of the principal public spaces. This was achieved through a framework of 14 improvement projects, ranging major interventions like the redesign of Finsbury Avenue Square, to subtle but effective reinforcement of existing routes. Each project was underpinned by a holistic approach to rejuvenating soft and hard landscaping features, defining private, public pedestrian and vehicle access, increasing activity with additional retail space and improving security, wayfinding and branding. All works were successfully undertaken whilst the estate remained open to tenants and the public.
