M3 worked with the client through OJEU tender process to secure selection as preferred development partner for the redevelopment of Euston Station. Involved from the pre-qualification proposal, M3 managed the bid process, selected the bid team, and led it through the concept development stages to compilation and submission of the final bid.

Post bid, M3 continued to help establish a strategy to progress development. This included technical development of the deck solution in combination with a detailed GRIP3 rail solution to future-proof the station, above deck massing options and transport interchange.
