Streatham Hub is the successful integration of an eclectic mix of uses, including new supermarket, residential, and leisure centre with reprovided ice rink adjacent to a listed church. M3 carried out a comprehensive review of this urban hub project. Our recommendation to reduce costs and programme included making changes to the design team and to the extant planning permission. We led the new team through design development, a revised planning application and tender of the first phase.
