1 Triton Square and St Anne’s pushes the envelope at Regent’s Place, and creates better investment and community value for it.

With the anticipated vacant possession of 1 4 7 Triton Square and the recent acquisition of the former church site to the north, the team investigated the opportunity to enhance the working and living communities within and in the neighbourhood of the campus. The planning scheme optimised the efficiencies achievable within massing and townscape constraints, with an atrium infill and additional storeys on the existing commercial building and creative space planning on the affordable housing. All the while the quantum and quality of public realm is enhanced through the creation of a public garden on the north.
