Doubling the size of its predecessor, 10 Exchange Square is a 226,000 sq ft building adjacent to the iconic Exchange House.

M3 began with carrying out a feasibility review of development options for an occupied site. The study identified an opportunity for significant increase in floor area and value by raising massing and quality to complement the neighbouring buildings at Broadgate. M3 assisted in the purchase of the site and securing vacant possession, and led the team through the design and construction of a modern office building with retail units and entrances to help animate both Exchange Square and Appold Street.
