Across from St Paul’s Cathedral, the refurbishment of the 120,000 sq ft One Carter Lane enhanced the building inside and out. M3 was engaged by London Metric to undertake a peer review of the original scheme proposals. With recommendations that helped reduce costs and enhance values, M3 led the design of a revised scheme with a new team. M3 was also integral to achieving early VP, securing headlease approval and enabling early commencement on site of the demolition and strip out. Completed in May 2014, first tenants moved in within 6 months.
